Running Wednesday

Running Wednesday,yep today i run and i dont feel like do it.But i look at it like this i got to get the pounds off.I hate periods they make me cranky and bitchy yes i said it plus you feel so bloated,you just dont feel like doing it,men have it so made a period is the least of their problems.This morning i did'nt feel like getting up all i want to do is lay in the bed.My kids motivate me do work out and shows like The Biggest Loser really motivate me to get moving if they can do so can you.I want my body back don't let your body control you,losing weight is all in your mind,don't forget to do your squats.I found it hard to not eat bread but i have managed to cut it out my life,i think bread is a hard habit to quit so its veggies,fruits,lots of fish for me,once I'm thin i will probaly go back to eating my bread but i wont eat as much like make a everyday thing of it.I read even wheat bread not good for you it has sugar in it just like white bread.There is a lot bad  and good things to eat.I gotta run now find you a good support system if you don't have one talk to me I'm a great listener.We all struggle you have good days and bad days so cheer up.....
