Some of changes i made.

Good Afternoon,I want to tell you the changes i made in order to lose this battle with my weight.I keep a diary and write down everything i eat,i don't eat process food.I eat lots of veggies,and fruit,drink lots of water.I cut out sodas i never been crazy about drinking anyway.Basically water is best for you or 100% juice you have to watch your sugar.To much sugar turns into fat.I don't eat red meat just fish,and chicken,but i only eat meat twice a week.I eat a lot of low fat calorie food i eat 3meals a day and 3 snacks a day,and i stay away from bread its not good for you.I workout a hour everyday 5 days a week now it was 7 days at first but i only have 15 pounds to lose now.For more info send me a email or twitter me on is @kimmoraisfab.I also been doing meal plans if you live in Texarkana,Texas let me know?Read more about my blog.I'm currently working on P90X work out want to tone my arms and stomach area.Good luck.
