STRENGTH TRAINING IS IMPORTANT TO I ONLY DO 20 MIN OF THAT I INCLUDE SIT UPS,LIFTING WEIGHTS AND I LOVE TO WORK ON THE WII A GOOD WORKOUT IS MY FITNESS COACH ITS NOT EXPENSIVE GAME ITS CHEAP ON AMAZON.COM LOTS A VEGGIES PLAY A PART IN YOU LOSING WEIGHT.ALSO SMALLER PORTIONS I USE A SAUCER FOR MY DINNER BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PUT A LOT ON YOUR PLATE.WHEN YOU HAVE A BIG PLATE YOU PUT MORE ON IT.I LOVE SKINNY COW ICE CREAM.THE KEY IS GET THAT HEART RATE UP IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOUR 200 OR 1,000 POUNDS AS LONG AS YOU MOVE THE MORE U SWEAT THE MORE CALORIES YOU BURN.YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SKINNY TO LOSE WEIGHT.GET MOVING NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
