Yup, you read that one right! Whilst eating healthy food has a significant effect on your weight, you will also want to tone up your body for 2 reasons:First, because by exercising, you'll burn fat quicker. Fat contains calories (energy) that your muscles burn when you exercise them.
Second, because as you lose weight, your skin tends to hang, and the appropriate exercise may help you toning your skin and muscles, making you look attractive, and keeping your body healthy and strong.
