There is no secret that I love “The Biggest Loser”. I was sooooo happy when they got rid Kim Lyons chick though. She was just too soft! I love Bob and Jillian. I think that they are a perfect team. I’ve been so inspired by them and the show, that I’ve purchased quite a few of their workout DVD’s. They are pretty good. Bob and Jillian seem like pretty level-headed people…and I think that is why I have grown to enjoy them so much.
many levels. Firstly, on her show and even on some of the DVD’s you can hear her use the phrase, “There are no magic pills” in regards to losing weight. Why then, would she stamp her image on the bottle of something that is pretty much claiming to be JUST that? Ridiculous. She is always talking about eating healthy and taking care of your body. Fat burners are considered by some as extremely UNHEALTHY! Yes, they help burn fat, but they also can have adverse effects on the heart. She did it for the money. Plain and simple. sooooooo. ” What was that?”, you may ask. She came out with a fat burner pill. It was a horrible move on buttI am finding, however, that no matter how level-headed you may be, success sometimes gets to you. It sometimes makes you ditch your ideals for moolah. I think that’s what has happened to Jillian. She started of slowly with little ventures here and there. Now I think she’s spinning out of control. It started with her own workout DVD’s… which I think they are great. Why not make a name for herself outside of Biggest Loser, right? Then she moved from the DVD’s to on an online weight loss support system. That’s cool, too. Expanding her empire…. great move. THEN she moved from there to having her own protein shake. They aren’t too shabby. They only have 13 grams of protein, but that’s better than none, right? lol. Then…… she crosses over to the dark side. Jillian made a terrible business move that would eventually end up biting her in theI remember trying some fat burners when I was in college. After taking them I felt like a straight up CRACKHEAD. Jittering and talking crazy….feeling like my heart was going to jump right out of my chest. Been there and done that. Thanks, but no thanks. To me, it’s just NOT worth it.
After her wind fall of fame and fortune I think that Jillian would now agree. Jillian was sued over her “magic pills”. Hopefully, this lesson will teach her the importance of holding fast to what to her beliefs.
