Hello,how are you,thanks for coming by to check my blog out.I know many of you,struggle to lose weight to,but i knew i could do it.I just had to make better choices.I buy foods you know you shouldn't eat.Get rid the junk food make healthy choices,to much sugar,and too much sodium can be bad for you.I gave up sodas,doesn't mean you have to but one can has too much sugar i drink alot water i don't drink koolaid. I drink water the most,and I'm satisfied.Chewing gum ,like extra craves my cravings.A great support system like family or myself i love to help you anyway i can.If you live in Texarkana i have a little support group to get people moving who don't have a good support system.Everyone needs a buddy,its a great motivation.The more activity you the more calories you burn,and sweating is the key to losing weight,if your not sweating your not doing anything.It doesn't matter how much weight you got to lose as long as your committed it can be done,i did it i weighed 286 lbs went from 28 to a size 8 in 9 months.I lost 100 pds in 6 months i started my weight loss Feb 14,2010.I have so many plans i want to be a fitness trainer also i want to write a book.Last year i had made a New Year's resolution and i made it happen,I'm so proud that i did it without pills,or surgery,just alot of hard work.My
ipod has been my friend without music i don't know what i would do.I'm just like alot of you guys I'm a mother of 5 kids,yes i have a army..But i love my family.I eat breakfast is very important.Small portions instead using a basic dinner plate use a cake plate for your dinner,that way you know your not eating to many calories.I do eat more fruit and vegetables eat things that are good for you. Read my blog it will help you alot,i will do more posting i been busy lately haven't been able to post as much as i want.Soon i will be going to North Carolina for the holidays but i will still be posting and taking lots of pictures.Any way i can help let me know.It's not easy but i know it can be done.I been where you are at.
