- Breakfast Eggs one slice of Velveeta cheese and add a little seasoning,and i also have waffles i make myself 2 small waffles original egg beaters are the only eggs i use in the carton i drink a lot of water.For pancake syrup low in calories
- Lunch i eat salad or vegetables steamed or 8 saltine crackers and weight watchers cream cheese and the individual packet and a handful grapes the green ones
- mid snack 100 calories snack half of grapefruit if you have to have sugar sweet and low or equal
Dinner Baked fish or Chicken never fried 2 different vegetables if you use can rinse the salt off buy canned vegetables that say less sodium...all the vegetables you want i use a small saucer and fill it up never big dinner plates you eating to much if you do.- Don't eat after 7 pm
- 2 hrs later have a 100 calorie snack and 100 calorie snack or Popcorn or anything that 100 calories with each meal i don't eat more than 300 calories.I run after i have my dinner i usual eat by 4 pm i spend a hour running now i started off walking 15 min then 20 min and 45 the faster you walk the more you sweat the more calories you will burn.You have to stay active.I wanted quick results i stayed busy all the time so I'm hardly seating around.I stayed away from sodas .Sugar is fat read the labels Bread turns to fat too if you eat to much a day you wont lose you will most like gain weight.I don't eat bread any more and i only eat fish and chicken twice a week now.I stay away from pork also.Weight Loss is a choice .............

These are of list of things I eat....That has help me lose weight.Remember small portions every three to four hours.Excercise and lifting weights.
