Something you need to know,when starting a diet....

Sodium:For most people,the daily recommendation for sodium is 2,400 milligrams.Light in sodium means it has half the sodium that the regular sodium has.


Total carbohydrate:This number is calculated by totaling the grams of complex carbohydrates,fiber,and sugar.If the total carbohydrate is more than double the amount of sugars,that means there are more good carbs,which help tame your hunger.


Protein:If a food has more than 9 grams of protein per serving it's  considered high protein and protein is key to your  weight loss.Foods high in protein include cheese,dried  beans legumes,eggs, fish,meat,milk,nuts,poultry,soybeans,and yogurt.


Read your labels on your food ,the food without labels are worry free.
Keep a food diary....
Lots of water.....
Try apple cider hot drink less than 100 calories and Diet Hot Cocoa by Swiss Miss only 80 calories.
Weights and walking help you shred pounds i walked around with weights in my backpack when i was walking it helps shred pounds...


Belly Dancing a great workout move those hips ladies its great for the abs and 20 minutes everyday try it for 3 months and see the difference.
