How U Doing Mondays!!!!!!!!!
Good Morning Everyone....I just want to tell those who come on my page don't be afraid to subscribe to my page.I love all the support i get from you but i also want to show support to you.Many people want to know how I'm losing weight so fast well its a lot of working out 2 miles a day weight lifting i workout 7 days a week.i only eat meat twice a week sometimes not at all as long as I'm getting my protein and vegetables and fruit I'm good.Garbanzo beans are my favorite.Salads such as spinach,and you can eat a lot a fruit and be full.Stay away from koolaid,ice tea,sodas i haven't had a soda in 5 months.Sugar and Fat don't help too many carbs aren't good.Weight lifting is important.The more you sweat the more fat cells your gonna burn,so sweat is good!!!!!!!!!Many people are asking me to plan their meals so if your interested send me a email.I won't give out all my secrets on my blog all i can tell you is it has really paid off for me i weighed 286lbs i went to a 28 to a 14 in 5 months that 8 dress sizes.I'm not finishing losing my goal is 130lbs then i will be finish with the losing.I will still have to workout my plans are to be a fitness trainer.I want to help other people who struggle to lose weight.Its up to you if you want to make the change take it day by day,rather its 6 months or 2 yrs to lose.You only lose weight if you are determined and you really want to make a life change.Weight loss is a major change,its like your old body died,and you got blessed with a new one.I feel like a new person,It really has changed my life forever .I have a son that's 18,for 18yrs i have been heavy i haven't been a size 14 since i was 17 yrs old.So you can imagine how i feel.When you lose all your weight get rid of your fat clothes sweat pants so you be tempted to get back in them.Even after you lose weight you still need to exercise sty active,don't go back to your old habits.Figure out what got you the way you are now so you don't end up in the same situation again.Good luck to you all.Thank you.
