Hope you had a great weekend mine has been a long one for me.I want to share my thoughts when your stressed it makes it harder to lose weight.But for yrs men have told me i didnt need to lose weight but for my own health reasons i have decided to lose weight not only that but i want to be able to play sports and have a slimmer body and have more energy i already lost 60lbs so by the end of July i plan on being 145-150 lbs,I know i can do it i started my weight loss in Jan,During the week i lose from 5-7 lbs depending if i work out everyday i walk 2 miles everyday i have changed my eating habits.I love the WII game system.I love the Biggest Loser It really gives you a great workout.
MY blog is about life,and everyday issues shopping for less weight loss and its up and downs and family I'm here to offer any advice on weight loss i have lost over 178LBS in 9 months.I still would like to lose 10 lbs more I went from a size 28 to a 7.
