Finally the weekend...........

Good Morning.....I had a break since Mother's Day .I been really sick now I'm better,back to work i lost 2lbs since yestersday which considering i did nothing all week.During week i tend to lose from 4lbs to 7lbs in a week.So next week i will be pushing for 7lbs every Monday i do a weigh in.The more you sweat the better for you that means your losing calories.So this weekend i will be working out not taking a break.I know i can lose over the weekend another 3lbs atleast.Till Monday have a great weekend..
