THANKFUL THURSDAYS[I been sick...........]

Thankful for Thursdays.............I spent Sunday not feeling great all week i was sick.Today I'm feeling a lot better.Thanks for all the prayers and emails and messages on facebook.I did get out today to see if i felt like working out i ran 1 mile today.I'm gonna start off slow then work myself back up.Well i lost 5 lbs last week so I'm still doing good as far as my goal goes.Next i will have to work my behind off.I have people telling me I'm pushing myself too much.I feel if you don't push yourself who else gonna do it.Even your family can get on your nerves even if they mean well.I know what works for me so i eat what works for me.What works for another person may not work for the next.I know i cut out the pork,red meat,less sugar,and bread has worked for me.A lot people problems are the pork,sugar,and bread.Cut the white anything out your diet they are bad things and fruits and veggies are your friend.I love chicken and fish.Watch your calorie intake. YOU JUST GOT TO MOVE.............
