Are you interested in losing weight or are you committed to losing weight?

So often people wait to start a diet until they’re motivated. After years and years of dieting and succeeding and dieting and failing, I’m convinced that the motivation generally comes later in the diet journey. So, another good piece of weight loss motivation advice I’d like to offer is,

”Start NOW and the motivation WILL come!”

Many people get their weight loss motivation through external forces instead of being self-motivated. Having before-and-after pictures available or a favorite pair of jeans that are currently too small can be very motivating. Watching your inches drop instead of just watching the scale can be motivating.
